Rebuilt in 2002, The Saratoga City Tavern is the only restaurant with a rooftop bar located in downtown Saratoga Springs, N.Y. It offers space for meetings, parties and private dining and serves tavern fare with occasional live music. The Saratoga City Tavern has five floors, consisting of the tavern, sports bar, apartment, dance club and the rooftop bar.
