My portable toilet is supposed to be cleaned once a week and lately they’ve cleaned once every other week I’m kind of disappointed this year we had them last year and had no issues this year nothing but a me having to call and complain 😕

Stone installations was the best! They installed a Wisconsin septic system for us without any problems whatsoever! Very professional,courteous and knowledgeable. They were great answering any questions we had.. They got the job done ahead of time even with the rain! Job well done Dean and all your crew!

Paid to have grease trap pumped. My wife meet guy who was nice enough. But when I got there he was already gone. Checked trap to find it was still caked with grease no scrap down of grease. Called them they said they were sending him back to do it right but he never showed. But they cash the check right away. If u want it done right use some else. Thanks for nothing.

I recently purchased a home in ballston spa. Prior to purchasing the home stone industries conducted a septic system inspection. I had never purchased a home with a septic so I was unfamiliar with its components, for that reason I hired Stone. I was presented during the inspection and the only component inspected was removing the outlet cover and running the home's water. During this test the septic tank was empty. After this they gave a satisfactory rating. Stone did not inlet the inlet baffle or the distribution box. After 30 days of living in the home the septic system sewage backed up into the house. Since this situation, I've had several septic companies come and investigate the issue. All of them have said that stone did not conduct a proper investigation because they failed to inspect the inlet baffle and distribution box. Now, after further investigation the outlet baffle is higher than the inlet baffle. Also, at this point it is undetermined whether the distribution box and drainage field are satisfactory because they weren't inspected by Stone Industries. Now, I've purchased the home and dealing with a previously failed septic system in which the cost could range from $1,000 to $7,000
