We are all stifled by personal traumas and our own behaviors and thoughts that get in the way of our achieving our best in career, relationships wellbeing and overall happiness. I have a PhD in clinical psychology and 35 years of experience in helping others achieve their goals in careers, relationships, overcoming stress, anxiety and depression, and overall, achieving happiness. I have also been a leader in programs for wellness and addictions. I have also provided parents guidance in parenting, especially for children who have undergone traumatic events. What I have learned over many years of helping people like you is that everyone suffers unnecessary pain. My clients are surprised at how quickly they begin to feel better and start to see opportunities open up before them. My former clients are happy to share their experiences with you.
