The staff simply don't know how to schedule or give customer service.

I asked for a scalp treatment she said we don't do those here I said really my sister got one last month she said I don't know what you're talking about. I explained what she got done she said oh it's called a Malibu I said is a Malibu a scalp treatment she's like yes. She was so rude and said it would be 40 min. I waited and an hour later decided to leave. I'll never go there again.

Go elsewhere! I've been her 2x for a kids cut. Both times they told me it would be an hr wait w 4 ppl ahead of me, came back and they told me there were still 4 ppl in front of us. Seriously the most unorganized & unprofessional business.

Go somewhere else. The only thing these people can seem to get right is mens hair cuts. Have had several hair cuts and colors done and have never been satisfied with the end results. It is also under new management and the new manager continually tries to up-sell you with a Malibu hair treatment. I'm not talking once, I'm talking a dozen times in one appointment. They can never get the color just right and blame that on medications you are taking, previous hair treatments, and anything else they can to make themselves look better for messing up your hair. Done with this salon and finding a new place to get my hair done at.
