Provided by YP.comWhen we found a dry cleaner in our neighborhood at walking distance, my husband and I thought "Great. Now we can get our stuff cleaned regularly." He wears a suit four days out of the week, so we could really use a regular and inexpensive cleaner. My husband understands Chinese, so we thought that we could communicate with the lady behind the register well enough. While she was a little brusque, my husband assured me that was just how most people from her neck of the woods are, so we left his suit, my little brother's suit and my coat there. So far so okay. Then a week passes and I go to get our stuff. The door is closed. "Out to Lunch Until One PM" the sign says at about 2:30. We try again later. No dice. Long story short, every time I go to pick up our coats, the shop is closed. I can understand that life happens, but when you run a business you need to be available, especially one that runs on other people's schedules. Now, the shop is closed for two weeks and I have no idea if the next time I try to pick up our coats if it'll be closed for some other reason! It is very frustrating and disappointing. Once is 'maybe just my timing', four times, it's a problem. I don't mean to demean anyone's livelihood or life dream, but seriously, this is one of the worst run businesses I've ever seen. Never go there!

Provided by YP.comHad her clean a dress which she returned to me in worse condition than when I brought it to her (terribly wrinkled) and with irreparable damage. When I expressed my disappointment and asked for a refund, she became rude and ranted to me via text until I asked her to not text me again and then finally had to block her number when she kept texting me anyway.
This, in addition to not being there at the time she told me to come pick it up and not answering the phone when I called.
Very very poor work on my clothing and exceptionally rude customer service on top.

Provided by YP.comOWNER IS A CROOK! I dropped my coat off to be cleaned when the owner was out of town. Her grandson, who wasn't well trained, entered it as a kid's coat. When I came in to pick it up, she said she sent everything out to her friend's store and she couldn't find my coat. I came back again and she had a picture of it from her friend. She said to come back Monday and she'd have it. I came back and she wanted to charge me more, saying it was a bigger coat. I told her no, I have had to come in 3 times now to get it after I thought she lost it. She said "well I don't know where you live" I told her I lived in the city center of Eagle Mtn and she pointed at Walmart and said "well that's just right there." I said no it's not it's out by Cedar Fort. I finally gave her my card and told her this was terrible customer service. She threw my card back at me and said "F**k this, just take it!" She finally gave me my coat, still swearing at me as I left.

Provided by YPmobileNEVER EVER GO! The owner of this company, Lily, is absolutely unprofessional and completely crazy. She charged me one price for a comforter, and then when I went to pick it up, she told me that she would not give it to me until I paid more money... because the comforter was thicker than what I was charged for. She wanted an additional $20. When I asked her why she did not call me to tell me it was going to cost more money, before she cleaned it, she informed me that her grandson was "inexperienced" and that he did not know it should have cost more money. So she cleaned the blanket anyway without calling me and then expected me to give her more money. I apologized for her grandsons lack of experience but politely stated that if I had known it was going to cost an additional $20 I would not have had her clean it, she became livid. She accused me of stealing from her and multiple other things. I spent a half an hour trying to get my comforter from her all the while being threatened and insulted. I finally did get it back, but was told that she would send the "cops" to my house. Who does that?!? She's nuts

Provided by YP.comSTAY AWAY! Do not take your clothing to this business! This location uses a permanent sharpie marker to tag each article of clothing with the your last name. This is ridiculous and will ruin your clothing. When I confronted the owner she was rude, and belligerent, claiming this was a normal practice. I have been dry cleaning my dress shirts for over 10 years and have never seen this before. If you want poor service and to have your clothes ruined with a permanent sharpie marker then this is a place for you. This owner also has offensive and racist material posted on a cork board near the front desk. Although everyone is entitled to their own opinion, material with offensive content has no place to be displayed at a business.

Provided by YP.comIn April 2009 I needed the Police assistants to help get my cloths from this angry, foul mouthed owner (lily). Who got irrate when I questioned her about not opening until an hour late and disc her bus phone. Her business practices are definitly not worth your time. I can't believe someone would treat a customer with such disrespect when all I asked was for the owners information and it so happened to be her. She acted and looked like a fool infront of the local police department by they way she acted and by refusing my clothes. I am glad that they seen what I had to deal with. I definitly will not be going back and will get the word out to everyone about Lily's Cleaners.
I have been there before and she shrunk my clothes. When my husband said that he went there I told him that he made a mistake. Also, When I was waiting for the police and talking to the bus next door they also have had terrible experiences with her. Go to Pony Express drycleaning down the street. They will take care of you and your clothes.
