Honestly, I've never had such a bad experience with a contractor. Rude, unprofessional...unstable or short fuse, I guess. He came an hour early - that was okay. We had started moving furniture like crazy after he called to say he'd be there early.



He shows up and walks in full speed, nearly banging his tools on the entryway. I ask him to please remove his shoes. He says "No way. I don't work that way." He didn't have any shoe coverings, etc. So I asked if his feet were at least clean. He looks offended. I said, "Please understand. We're trying to sell a house and I'm just wondering if your feet are clean." He said, "I'm outta here." And left. Remarkably rude and unprofessional.



Now we've got furniture moved out of bedrooms and we'll go find someone else.
