Calls were returned fast

I called a few banks in town and then called this company out of the phone book. The loan officer was a nice guy - he always was available when I called. He explained everything to me and offered very good rates. While I waited for other banks to call me back - ameribest was always calling me - go figure. I enjoy meeting Scott there and it was a smooth experience and he came to closing too. In the end it was an excellent experience.
