I had a sweater that smelled like wet towel. I tried doing at-home dry cleaning, but the smell did not go away, so I brought it to these cleaners. I picked up the sweater about a week later. To my surprise, I was told the sweater had a stain that they couldn't remove. The lady said it looked like mustard. I told her I don't eat mustard. She said she, herself, tried to remove it a couple of times to no avail. The stain was ON THE BACK OF THE SWEATER!! I know that stain was not there when I brought the sweater in as I had laundered the item at home and I very meticulously looked at every inch of it. I didn't feel like arguing with her, so I paid the $7+ and left. When I got home, I took the sweater out of the plastic wrapper and IT STILL SMELLED!!! I have no idea what I paid them for! Since the sweater was ruined anyways, I decided to put it in the washer with some fabric softener and washed it in the delicate cycle, then laid to dry. The sweater survived and it DOES NOT smell any more. I will never bring anything else to this place. Cannot recommend at all!
