Too busy

On a Sunday morning after spending the night in the ER with my husband I went to get his prescription filled, arrived at 10am, when they opened. Gave the prescription to pharmacy personnel & was asked when I would like to pick it up. My reply "as soon as possible", to which she replied we just opened it will be at least 2 hours. When I informed her that I didn't think my husband would like to lay at home any longer feeling like crap she couldn't have cared less. Thank you CVS for showing me once again that a neighborhood pharmacy is what we need - if you are too busy for your first customer, on a Sunday because you "just opened", you can rest assured you won't receive my business again - I will drive a longer distance for my prescription needs from now on.
