Do not send your family member or loved one here. The aides for the most part are very good but they are extremely over worked and under paid. The owner/director Duanne Carr and head nurse Kim Carr put on the biggest show for potential residents and their families. They really are just money hungry greedy people. They put as little money as possible in to these facilities. I was an employee for over a year before I got fed up and quit. I am not sure how they haven't been shut down yet considering the code violations and state laws that are not being followed there. There have been many calls to report them on multiple occasions for numerous different reasons by numerous different people. I am not writing this as a spiteful ex employee...I am actually thankful I was able to work there because I found my passion and calling in life...I am writing this to warn people and families looking in to this place. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!!!!! Do not let Duanne or Kim Carr's fake smiles and act they put on fool you. They do not give a crap about your family member or the residents already stuck in that hell hole. They do not even have anything to with the residents they literally ignore them like they are not even there. Real good Christian family those Carr's are....what a joke.
