I don't think it's possible that Brittany H. was reviewing Valley Spas in Saugerties. We bought a swim spa at a "Spa Show" less than 2 years ago. When the spa stopped abruptly we called the manufacturer... whom had gone out of business. Bill at Valley Spas was the ONLY spa dealer between Kingston and Albany to help us. He went above and beyond. I have to say that Bill is truly a man of honor and integrity; he went to great lengths to help us when no one else would!! We are certain that anyone and everyone will always receive top of the line products and top quality service from Valley Spas.

On January 7th of this year my mother bought a hot tub to replace the previous one that my parents had owned for 25 years. As of last week- the first week of May the hot tub has completely malfunctioned and has become unusable. The owner of Valley Spa- Bill, is now giving them the run around and refusing to help even though they paid $6000 for it less than 5 months ago. And again their previous hot tub lasted 25 years- they are experienced owners who took such amazing care of their last hot tub that they got almost 3 decades out of it. Valley Spas should be ashamed.
