This isn't 2012, I've ordered time and time again from this store and the product has always been great. I'm ordering three more arrangements this Saturday, 12-20-2014. The Saugus store is under new management.

I ordered an edible arrangements for my husband to be delivered in Valentines Day. That never happened. Their phone was busy all day long until the next day they failed to deliver again and never phoned me about it. Until I had to call and when I asked about my order, the guy, " oops, i forgot". Didn't apologize and said they would refund me. Just waiting for that refund. Terrible experience, would never order from them again.
