Bought a truck and plow in Dec 2016, it wouldn't pass inspection took three tries to fix the issues. Then come to find out there were a ton of maintenance issues with the truck and the plow that's was supposed to be rebuilt had a cheap coat of paint a dull cutting edge , mismatch head lights and the frame had serious damage age and ware. Don't make the same mistake I did stay away from this shop they cut corners really bad.

In response to beverlyn: The management at Ballard Street Auto has not received a single email or phone call regarding this incident. The vehicle was indeed inspected before being sold and also passed Massachusetts inspection. As for the recall, we sell many different types of vehicles and do our best to stay on top of the latest information regarding them. However, we are not aware of every recall that may exist. We are appalled that the customer would leave such a review without first speaking to us, be it by email, phone or in person. We have been in business for 33 years and we stand behind our vehicles. For example, this very same customer came by at an earlier time for a broken radiator hose and we repaired it, flushed and refilled the coolant system at no charge
