I have used Mark a couple times and have not been disappointed. I had an issue with my awning and a hot water tank and he was able to repair both of them with no issues. He is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone I know! Great guy!

Marxway RV Service visits the campground we stay at on a regular basis and my husband went over to talk to him as he was working on another campsite. My husband explained the problem and Marxway knew what the problem was immediately by the make of the awning and said he'd be back to fix it since he didn't have that part on board. We didn't need to communicate with him at all since he had our name and campsite number and said he'd leave the bill in the door or at the office once the repair was finished. When he was back for our neighbors trailer he came over and told us he ordered the part he needed to do the repair and as soon as it came in he'd do the repair. The next time we were at the campground the awning arm was fixed and the bill was in the door as he said it would be and at the price he quoted to my husband on the very first conversation. Now the awning operates like new and we're very pleased with the guy and his work. I highly recommend Marxway RV Service and plan to use them for all of our RV service needs.
