Great hair salon. I get my hair cut here. Staff is friendly and the place is clean and they do a great job

The owner, (Celia), while a talented hairdresser, has no communication skills. She gave her very negative opinion on the state of my hair, (due to illness, and medications), in front of another hairdresser, and customer.She assumed I was upset because she refused to perm my hair due to breakage, yet offered me no other solutions or options. I explained I was upset, and felt she could have taken me aside to discuss my options. I left in tears. I would NEVER recommend her to anyone with problem hair. I felt shamed, and was painfully embarrassed.
