First of all, when you try to set up an appointment over the phone they'll put you on hold for over 25 minutes. WHY DOES THIS TAKE SO FREAKING LONG? Who ever picks up the phone needs to get fired. (I've been told by my sister that when she made an appointment the person who picked up the phone wasn't a receptionist nor a nurse. So obviously the office isn't organized). I truly believe they put you on hold for so long so you can hang up. Second, when you actually get there the wait time is like 30min to 60min. YEA... Other people in the waiting room are highly annoyed because they've been there for a while. But to me, in my opinion, it seems that she takes care of her "friends" first. Then maybe she'll take care of you. Third, Huma Mulk walks in to work whenever she feels like it. The office would be open since 10 am but she won't walk in until 12. So everyone has to wait for her to show up. And another thing, when she feels like leaving she will. That office is only operational like 4 hours a day. The office closes freaking early!!!! Fourth, when its finally your turn they put you into a room so you can wait ANOTHER 15 MIN for a nurse to check you out(when i was there the nurse seemed to be under trained but at least she was kind unlike Huma Mulk). Then after another 15 min wait, Huma decides to check you out. She'll ask whats wrong with you then when you try to describe how you feel its like shes ignoring you. She'll rush check you then make a diagnosis. Its like she wasn't really listening. She just wants you to hurry up and get out. So after all that wait time and bull crap your finally out. HUMA MULK AND ALL THOSE OTHER WOMEN IN THAT OFFICE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS AT ALL!!!!! Huma Mulk just wants the money. The staff just walks in to work so they can get the hours even though they haven't even done anything. Are those people actual nurses? I know that Sauk Village is a crappy place. But people are still sick, young and old. No one should have to deal with a doctor like her no matter who you are and where you live. EVERYONE DESERVE A COMPETENT AND CARING DOCTOR. Not a money hungry machine.
