HORRIBLE!!!!!

I live in Sauk Village and I will never go back to Subway ever again. The staff can't speak english and are very rude, the guy (that refused to give his name). I had to ask him to wash his hands, begins to make my sandwhich his way and when I told him how I wanted it made became ignorant and told me no extras. It's sooo sad even when you go into a business people are not professional, friendly or courteous anymore.

There was only one lady working who couldn't speak english. Then she told me the register wouldnt let her enter in a kids meal for 5.25 so she said she would have to charge me for a footlong... $0.25 more. Not too bad except for the fact that it took her 30 MINUTES to FINALLY get me rung up and out the door... i get home with my sons kids meal and she didnt give me apple slices. I think they need to have more than ONE SINGLE person working per shift! That was REDICULOUS! Ill drive the extra mile next time to go to the other one! Very very disappointed subway!
