first visit was getting haircut young man comes derek tells me young man has appointment so he rushed doing my haircut did terrible job just so he could keep appoint. second visit arrived 9am asked derek if I could get a straight shave. He stated yes no problem. had to wait for 2 customers ahead of me. Got in barber chair 10 03 am derek put on white collar and hair sheild and stated he does not do straight shave after 10 am advised I arrived at 9am and had to wait my turn. He took off white collar and hair shield and told me to please leave sir as his store his policy. advised him there was no sign stating this. did not care. I would not recommend derek for any type barber care horrible customer service
