I had them do a tuneup on an old riding Toro that came with a house that we bought. The house & the Toro were in rough shape and First Impressions did a tune up on the Toro and allowed me to keep it going for another year while we focused on getting the house fixed up. Gracious, prompt and not over priced. I would happily go back to them to have work done on my small engine systems/equipment.

Stay away from him! He sold me a used riding mower 5 yrs. ago. The drive belt kept coming loose. I could not get at the underside of the machine on account of a slew of hernia surgeries and another one right now. I am nearly 80 yo. This individual and his son operate the business. The son weighs perhaps upwards of 300 pounds. The dad had bypass surgery and must have lost upwards of 200 pounds. Ea. time he came and picked my machine and took it back to his repair shop he charged me upwards of $175.00. My carpenter informed me Wade Miller who operates the business and/or his son just popped the belt on but were to lazy to tighten the bolts up. So the machine just kept throwing the belt off.

I would caution anyone considering a purchase ...I would not trust Parkers word on anything he trying to selling you....he sold me Junk
