I was an employee for HBH for close to two years. I loved my job for the majority of that time. Until new management came in. When that happened HBH decided to do a little 'house cleaning' to say in the least. Needless to say, I lost my job...... for a Facebook comment on one of my coworkers statuses, while he recieved a written warning for the posted status. I can honestly say that HBH is far more concerned about employee drama than they are with their clients. It is an absolutely ridiculous business. I was also charged with 'sexual harrassment' due to a picture me and another staff member colored. My advice would be to travel the extra miles to get actual good care for your family member or friend. HBH is the absolute last place I would ever bring a loved one. Their concern is not for the mentally ill, but for whenever an employee makes a miniscule mistake. The stress and anxiety this company has caused me is incredible. Pretty ridiculous seeing as though they are in the 'mental health' business.
