Wonderful experience! I felt very comfortable with all aspects of this encounter. Would definitely recommend Dr. Merchand to anyone looking for quality eye care. I have never walked out of a vision center without having to purchase a new pair of glasses until now. After testing my eyes Dr. Merchand found my prescription to be almost the same...my eyes had changed very little. He examined my glasses and apparently they were bent and that was throwing my prescription off. They were happy to adjust my frames and I have been doing fine ever since! Thank you Jess M., after looking at your post I called to make an appointment with Dr. Merchand and I was pleased I did:) I will definitely use this clinic and this doctor again.

I literally had the best experience I've ever had out of all of the doctor's appointments I've been to in my life, when I went to Sault vision clinic. The staff was extremely courteous, and helpful. There was a good selection of frames to choose from. They booked me same day, and within a few hours of calling I was in there for an exam! Dr. Merchand was extremely professional and put me at ease throughout my entire time I the office. He was very knowledgable, and explained everything to me step by step. I left there feeling thoroughly satisfied and informed about all of the options available to me. Overall, it was an excellent experience!
