We buy food there the teriyaki Was expired over 3 years they said it is are problem for buying it the food could put you in the hospital

We are new to gluten free, msg free, and just plain healthier eating. We also can't justify the prices at area alternative grocery stores. So we have been shopping at Asian grocery stores. This was our first time here and we were very happy with the amount of "good for you" food. It is a very large store with a great selection. Thanks
