Mr Ames has been working with me about over a year now for an assault I went through and the PTSD I got afterwards. He also helps me with my week to week issues since I am a huge trainwreck. But he makes me take a step back and realize I am really NOT that much of a trainwreck, and he has been so helpful and generous and life changing it's made me cry over the course of the year or so. He really believes in you.

Well....I think he's great at what he does. I went throuh 30+ years with severe ADHD and any other time I went to get help, I was misdiagnosed with anxiety. After taking advice from Mr. Ames and getting tested for ADHD by a shrink, I was able to get medicine that has actually helped me tremendously. I got along great with him, and I think he's awesome.

I agree with the previous review and you're wasting your time and your money. If you want to fix your problems this man is the worst option.I was going for almost a year.........:( ....... he destroyed my life with his advice :(

i went and saw dr. ames for about a month...i walked out of his sessions more mad, and frustrated than i was when i walked in...he doesnt let you vent...he doesnt like having children in he sessions..which didnt work for me bc i had no one to watch my child..he ends the session early, even though you are paying for an hour. i learned absolutely NOTHING from this man...he was HORRIBLE...i suggest finding someone different..dont waste your time or your money!!!!
