This place is the worst place Rachel the GENRAL MANAGER AND SHES HAPPY TO CALL HERSELF THAT is gonna ruin the place she is rude and hangs up on me every time I call. I really hope the owners sees this before there business is ruined bc of one person!

Absolute worst customer service. Every single time I call them, they place me on hold for a long time (multiple times) and I have to start over explaining the problem. It seems they always have to go find someone for help. You would think they'd have notes in the computer regarding the problem. It's as if they have no clue what is going on. I dread calling them.

I am new to the area and needed new furniture. I have purchased from Ashley in Florida and was satisfied with my dining set so I decided to use Ashley again. I was super pleased with my salesperson and the store manager. I had a small concern with my purchase but Annisha the manager helped me to understand what I needed to know. This store rocks and the leader is courteous and helpful. I would definitely do business with this store again.

The delivery was supposed to be today, I never received a 30 minutes prior to delivery call so I called the company 30 minutes prior to the end of my "window". Of course no one would answer. 5 minutes later I'm called saying that they are delayed but still are going to deliver my furniture today and they will call when on their way. It is now 10:30 at night and I don't think that they are delivering today but they haven't bothered to call me.

If I had read the prior reviews I would never have used Ashley furniture!

I bought furniture from Ashley Furniture in mid February and here I am 2 months later and still haven't received it. The furniture was delivered about 2 weeks after we purchased and needless to say, the wrong furniture (due to employee error) was delivered. We went to the store on the same day and had it corrected. That was around the end of February. This is now mid April and we still have not received our furniture. Just like "Not a Fan", we have contacted the store numerous times and they have not returned calls. We always call first. The furniture has been at the warehouse now for 3 weeks. Why should I have to miss work for them to deliver what was their mistake in the first place. Customer service is not good and I will not buy from this store again.

Not a fan

I am not a fan of this store AT ALL. While I was purchasing my furniture, I felt as though it was just as bad as buying a car....all the wheeling and dealing, but I needed and liked the furniture, so I made my purchase. I shopped here the first week they were open, in the end of October. Here it is, middle of December, and I still do not have all the pieces I ordered. The incorrect pieces came in, so they had to reorder. That was fine, I understand mistakes happen. I have made several phone calls only to be told "I will look up your account and call you back." I have yet to be called back. My first payment is due in a week, and I still havent been able to enjoy ALL of my new furniture. Very dissatisfied customer. Will not be shopping here again.
