Overpriced for the low quality of food served! We ordered the General TSO's Chicken plate and a Chicken and Mixed Vegetables plate. The General TSO's Chicken was extremely dry and had a hot sauce of some kind poured over the top. The Chicken and Mixed Vegetable plate had overcooked asparagus and zucchini. I had chicken Fried Rice as my side item. It had (1) piece of bland/dry white chicken and raw green onions throughout it. With all said, we will definitely not be ordering from this Chinese restaurant anymore. Our total was $39.89 for just the two dishes, as well!

I ordered beef short ribs from Asian River for delivery. When the food arrived, I noticed that the meat was practically raw- it looked like they only "browned" the meat. The outside was "browned" but the inside was red/pink- clearly the meat was not cooked properly or even thoroughly.

I called the restaurant and spoke with the "hostess" and told her the problem. She apologized and went to get the manager.

I waited on the phone for close to ten minutes. The hostess finally came back on the line. Apparently, my problem wasn't important enough for the manager to take time out to talk to an unhappy customer. The hostess told me "that is how we prepare the ribs"- she even had the nerve to talk down to me.

A good restaurant, one that is concerned with customer service, works with the customer. I wasn't offered anything- not remake of the food or refund.

I guess I was supposed to jeopardize my health by eating raw food.

NEVER AGAIN!!
