Philip and the ladies of this store are simply amazing. I love the wide variety of hair and hair care products you can choose from.

Purchased a curling iron here that literally burned my hair to the point where I have a brown streak in my hair and a chunk broke off. When I went to return it after one use and with receipt, the guy at the counter said he couldn't help because the owner wasn't in that day. He instructed me non-chalantly to come back another day when the owner was there. I explained I didn't have time to do that and he said that since it wasn't defective , he wouldn't take it back and me simply 'not liking it' didn't make it returnable. Nowhere on the receipt states an item has to be defective for a return and even after I pointed that out he didn't care. I'm not saddled with a curling iron that's brand new that I can't use and a horrible customer experiene. I will never be shopping here for any supplies. Instead I will drive to midtown and shop at Sally beauty where they have a reasonable store policy and great customer service!

Great place with a wide variety of products. I was surprised to see so many natural hair care choices too. The staff was very knowledge about his inventory. I will be a repeat customer.
