If I could give zero stars I would. This business preys on young college kids and new renters. He does not maintain his properties then takes their security deposit. My daughter had flooding issues, a hole in her ceiling dripping water for weeks and ride intersections when she tried to get solutions. Then he is charging her $750 of her security deposit for paint and lightbulbs! Renters beware!
