Excellent service and I would recommend Daryl to my neighbors when they need A/C service..Have used this company for several years with my old system and also have purchase a new A/C unit he installed and he has provided very good service and price at every level.

Darryl is great. We used Certified to repair our A/C. He fixed it in a timely manner and the cost was very reasonable.

Darryl is amazing! I received more than professional, courteous service. All questions asked were thoroughly answered and he went out of his way to get me what I needed. If you have any AC/Heating concerns, this is the company to call. He will not disappoint.

I have had the privilege of knowing Darryl for more than twenty-five years. He is very fair and honest. He repaired our older unit until it would no longer function. Then, he gave us a more-than-fair price on a replacement. He is very prompt and courteous when we call. He answers questions directly and even gives advice on DIY maintenance which helps between service calls. It is a pleasure to work with someone of Darryl’s caliber and I highly recommend him to you for any heating and air conditioning problems.

We want to agree with all the positive 5 star ratings about Darryl and his company. This was our first summer in our home and our unit was not cooling well (has not for awhile apparently) during this scorching summer heat. Darryl came out when he said he would, for the initial visit and for the install. He gave an honest estimate, gave us options (i.e. replace just the a/c or replace both air and furnace) he answered questions when we called, worked hard all day (our unit was kind of hard to access) and cleaned up everything. I think I'm usually a pretty good judge of character and I think Darryl is honest and trustworthy. On a funny note, my husband is a tech guy, but we did not know we already had a programmable thermostat...Darryl told us we did, a top of the line one, and to our embarrassment we found the booklet for it and yes it is! All said, when you have to make a big purchase, you want to know you got a fair deal and good workmanship. I think we did.

Certified Heating & Air Conditioning replaced a 1.5 ton unit recently for me. Not only were they the lowest price out of 7 quotes, but they provided the best service that I've seen in an HVAC company.

Darryl, the owner, is both practical and careful. He supervises his crew well and finished the job in less than 4 hours. They left the house spotless and even though they had to remove storage items to get at the air handler, they returned everything to exactly where it had been.

I do not even know where to start. I have used other companies in the area and I can promise you, you will not find a more honest, reliable person than Darryl. We had really bad luck these past few months and had to replace a motor and a whole unit. It was really expensive but would have been even more with other companies. Darryl communicates very clearly and explains to you everything. He calls you before and after every job and makes sure you understand everything that was done. This was especially important to us since we are all the way in CA. Needless to say, I hope we don't have to call him again but if we had a problem or had to make a referral we would say: Certified Heating & Air!

First class service. I researched many H&AC companies, but Certified caught my eye as a small company with over 18 years experience. Lower overheads than the big boys meant a better price. But what I got was a dedicated team with knowledge and pride in workmanship. Flawless installation of a new system in one day, while explaining the process so a layman could follow. Darryl has a friendly southern manner, but is totally dedicated to satisfying the customer. Bigger is not always the best. Dedication is.

I used Certified Heating and Air in 2013 for a normal spring checkup on my air conditioner. My unit was very old and he was very honest about the state of my unit. I opted not to have any additional repairs at that time. I figured the unit was probably on it's last legs. Now 2 years later in July 2015 the fan motor died on one of the hottest days. I called Darryl and opted to have the unit replaced. He did offer me all my options, even thought I told him I'd probably opt to replace the unit. I opted for a new unit and he reworked his schedule so he could install the next day (Friday) and we wouldn't be without air on a 95+ degree weekend. His pricing was extremely fair and his honesty and commitment to service is above board. I highly recommend Certified Heating & Air Conditioning!!!

We decided to put a 15 SEER high efficiency system in.They put the system in the very next day and we are VERY,VERY pleased !!! Certified Heating & Air did a GREAT JOB !
