I have been to many different types of Mexican restaurants across the U.S. I was very dissappointed that this particular one was not willing to accomodate to my diet. Although they have a vegetarian section; I'm vegan and I just wanted them to substitute cheese enchiladas for spinach enchilada on a combo plate with no cheese and was told I could not. I was willing to pay the up charge for this. So then I decided to order sides, the tostada I ordered was a tortilla shell with lettuce and tomato no beans. My husband's combo with tostada was a tortilla shell with beans and cheese no lettuce and tomato.



I questioned the waiter and was told that the tostada has n lettuce and tomato...told hm mine does and has no beans...he said that's the way it is.



I will never return to Cilantro and will mention it to my business relations.

I have never been a fan of Mexican food however when a group of co-workers invited me to lunch with them at Cilantros I accepted thinking that I would order some soup. I found several things that were good without being too spicy and plan to return again. I can't believe it, I am now a fan of Mexican food.
