Wanting a particular pair of sneakers I went into this establishment on yesterday. As I opened the door I was greeted by loud rap mUsic playing as if I were in a night club. I then proceeded to seek and find the shoe. I said to the sales girl excuse me do you have these in a seven? She responds with a nasty look like I'm bothering her and says she can't hear me. Well I'm thinking I guess you can't with the music so loud. So I repeat myself and she tells me that size is on the other side of the store. I said ok that's fine. Do you have it? She never came to assist me or find the shoe but tells me "you had an attitude as soon as you came in the damn store". At this point I'm appalled. I don't know this lady from a can of paint and I'm sure in no customer service manual is it ok to tell a customer that. I put the shoe down and left that establishment. Needless to say I will never spend a dime in that store as long as she works there. If I could do half a star I would.
