Provided by YP.comThe apartment reeked upon move-in, the carpet was dingy, noticeably dirty with heavy stains in random places. Faucets leaked. Bathroom ceilings were stained, evidently from flooding upstairs. None of the cabinets under any sinks were usable. They were warped and rotted out. The entire apartment was obviously spot painted (where holes were sloppily filled). Second bedroom closet doors were old and flimsy, and couldn't be opened/closed without too much extra force. This was especially inconvenient for our child who used this particular room and closet. In the kitchen, water was constantly leaking from upstairs. Windows were not properly caulked, the fireplace didn't close properly. In cold temperatures, the living room was especially cold because of this.
THE APARTMENT WAS ALREADY OCCUPIED BY ROACHES AND SPIDERS AND GOD-KNOWS-WHAT-ELSE!
This place has mold and is rotting to the ground. It's visible in random cracks and holes throughout the apartment.
There are so many issues with this complex from the poorly maintained buildings, to the roach-infested "decorations" they put down on the ground which help the bugs multiply, and even the sorry management (such a big word for such a deadbeat lot. Honestly, my review would mirror several other tenants' reviews if they were to give one on here. We constantly exchanged horror stories about our units with each other.
A couple of neighbors, in particular, told of how they were mistreated by the Head B**** in Charge at the office for making any complaints at all. The she-devil in question moves in ANYBODY, no background checks, so we have seen the likes of even drug dealers (yes, obvious by the flow of traffic that comes through there, different people each time). This is a sad, sad thing if you have kids.
All of the issues mentioned here (and many more that weren't) were reported, and NONE were addressed.
Overall, this complex is crap! It's what you're greeted by every morning when you leave your apartment, literally! Crap. A lot of the pet owners do not pick up after them, and there isn't a dedicated "lot" for the pets, so they walk them any and everywhere around the complex, so they could go right outside your front door. And management doesn't care, no matter how many times you bring up the issue and no matter the obvious resolutions you offer to appease everyone, including the pet owners. ALSO, over the past few months, cars have been broken into and stolen right out of the lot.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON SUCH A DUMP! THERE ARE MUCH NICER AND CLEANER COMPLEXES IN THE SURROUNDING AREA, AND WITH MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT TEAMS WITH MAINTENANCE CREWS WHO ACTUALLY KNOW HOW TO FIX INSTEAD OF "TEMPORARILY PATCHING."

Provided by YP.comInfested with BUGS!!!!
The manager is really nice and did everything she could to get rid of the problem, but upon moving in I noticed a roach infestation. Four months later we are still waging war with the roaches. Not only are we seeing roaches but also spiders and other creatures I can not identify. It's not every once in a while, it's on a daily basis and I am so ready to go and break my lease. Like another reviewer I am a very clean person and I still get bugs. I do not even invite people over because I am scared they might see a roach. My house is getting sprayed every week, but they won't go away!!!!!

Provided by YP.comManagement is amazing, she worked hard to get me the apartment I wanted. Move in day was amazing (roughly a year and a half ago). The apartment itself is "ok", nothing amazing. There were some repairs to be made, but it never was hard to get anyone to come fix it. My apartment however, was right next to a creek, where the bugs are crazy. I have had it all: huge cockroaches everyday, then that stopped. Then I had RATS ( I CAUGHT 5 WITHIN ONE MONTH) but I asked to exterminator to spray the exterior of the entire building, so I have not had a problem with that since. Then I had fruit flies everywhere. That went away, but then i had GIGANTIC house flies ( seriously, i killed twenty in one single window one afternoon). Then those went away, and now I had sugar ants. I am a very clean person, I clean everything with Bleach, but they still manage to come back. If you want to move in here, I suggest you ask for an apartment AWAY from the creek, or any of the wooded area. If it weren't for all the bug/rat problems, I would gave given 5 stars. It's cheap, friendly, and someone is always willing to help with your problems.
