Provided by YPmobileYour company and it's treatment of it's customers is so horrific that it boggles the mind. How can you cut someone's water off at 2 p.m., require a disabled customer to pay by 2 p.m. with cash only to have their water restored the same day? I borrowed the money (cash) and was in your office by 3 p.m. and yet my water is still not on. You have an office manager who reports to no one and treats people horrifically and spouts corporate policy as giving her the right to do so. Is this really how you want your company run? By someone that cares not one bit how she treats your customers that are doing the best they can with the circumstances they are in? Your monopoly of the water in my neighborhood gives me no recourse but to deal with this office manager. Her treatment of the disabled is criminal and I fully intend to do whatever I can to get someone that is in some way her superior to listen to my complaints concerning your company and this woman.

The fisrt time I was transferred to Mrs. Lillian, she stated that the lender needed to call and that she coiuldn't provide me with a copy. I informed my lender, Mr. Matt Hughes @ 1-800-226-6308. He call Mrs. Lillian and she informed him that she was going to fax the document. 5 days later I was informed that she didn't fax the document. I called her again on Dec 15. I informed her that the lender Quicken loan needed a copy of the document before I could proceed with the closing. Mrs. Lillian said, "I faxed the document", but asked to give her the address again and that she was going to fax it in about 30 minutes. On Friday, Dec 16 I contacted the lender again and they stated that they haven't received the document from Mrs. Lillian. The fixed rate on my refinancing mortgage was locked in until Friday. Therefore I loss the opportuinity to refinance at a lower rate and to probably the opportunity to keep my house because the inefficiency of the personnel working in Coastal Water & Sewerage Co., 119 W Oglethorpe Ave, Savannah, GA. UI received a call from my lender on Staurday to inform me that they were planning a three way phone call with Mrs. Lillian to see if this time she will fax the document. I contacted the 311 in the City of Savannah to submit a complain but they told me that they couldn't do anything about it. I called the Coastal Water & Sewerage Co. again this morning and inform the person that answer the phone of the situation. I asked her to please provide me with Mrs. Lillian last name, but she stated that they couldn't prrovide their last name to anyone. And that I could write a letter to the Board of Director if I wish. Fisrt time I hear this from a company that serve Chatham County. How can a company and a city allow thus type of service to its residence. I provide my address again and she stated that she was going to fax the document. If anyone can provide any advice on how to report this substandard service from the Coastal Water & Sewerage Co. I will greatly appreciate it.
