Only reason I gave a star is because I couldnt post without it....it should be a MINUS 5....I have a loan with these people & I have never been treated so disrespectful in my life. They call you 3 or 4 times a day being so rude & I was told today well since you cant make a payment I will continue calling your references then was hung up on. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Go elsewhere because this is the worst company to possibly get a loan from. They harass you & so very RUDE....She (i do not remember her name) nor do I care to know it but she was on phone with me saying "hold up hold up hold up" then hung up......just crappy service!

I called to inquire about a loan and Ms. Thornton was so rude, she basically tried to discourage me from taking out the loan. She has no customer service and I don't understand how someone like this can be a manager. I will never do business with them thanks to her!!

Covington Credit IS A DISGRACE!!! I HAVE NEVER MET SUCH ANGRY PEOPLE!! THEY HARASS YOU ON THE DAY OF YOUR PAYMENT AND THE CALL YOUR REFERENCES BEFORE THEY CALL YOU!! I WILL NEVER LOAN WITH THEM AGAIN. ESPECIALLY NOW SINCE MS. THORNTON IS THERE. SHE IS A HAG!!! SHE TALKS TO YOU WITHOUT ANY RESPECT. I HAVE LOANED WITH THIS COMPANY FOR 5 YEARS AND HAVENT HAD ANY PROBLEMS UNTIL THIS LADY SHOWS UP. SHE IS COSTING THE COMPANY GOOD CUSTOMERS. THIS COMPANY DOESNT DESERVE ANY STARS. ALL THEY DESERVE IS A CLOSED SIGN ON THE DOOR.
