Jim and Eric are top-notch with both our cars -- Audi TT and MB 350 wagon. They care, they are informative and they're always interested.

JIM is there and Trey is gone.

Do NOT go here! Jim Crumley is gone, and the guy running this place, "Trae", is a piece of work. If I could give zero stars, I would. I spent thousands and thousands of dollars with them over a few years. And when it came time for me to ask a simple question of the mechanic about whether he had ever seen a particular car problem, Trae tells me I can't speak with him unless I bring the car in. Are you kidding me? It is just not easy for me to bring the car in, and I was not asking for a diagnosis - just whether he had ever seen a particular problem. When I stop in just to ask about it, Trae then proceeds to act like a child, berating me for stopping in. What an *ss. After all the money I spent there? So, I call Hilton Head Porsche, get a young woman on the phone who knows exactly what the door problem is immediately, and can fix it in an hour. Jim Crumley would have never responded that way. I will never be back. I have now come to see their work as very basic. They really don't specialize in anything. Do yourself a favor. You get what you pay for. Go to the people who specialize in your car.
