We are new here to Savannah due to a military pcs move, and had been searching for a new grooming facility for our little Moose and Olaf. We are very happy to have found Diva Dogs! We have utilized this business approximately 4 times now, and they are always friendly and do a wonderful job with the "haircuts" our pups receive. They always look and smell fantastic! I have called in the morning, and, rather than schedule an appointment, they have always told me to bring our pups in without hesitation. Even after checking their schedule, they still go out of their way to fit them in, even though they are busy. This business is very accommodating, and it is always clean and does not have the terrible smells some grooming facilities have. We believe in customer service being first priority, and Diva Dogs definitely takes pride in this. Every time I pick up our dogs, they are either playing with them on the floor or our two pups are happily in the front reception area with staff. You can tell they love animals, and the staff there seem to enjoy what they are doing and give time to your pets. My husband picked up our pups with me yesterday, after they took them in at a later time, and the owner and her husband and another staff member had a nice conversation with him regarding his military career, and were genuinely interested in what he does. Very down to earth people, and we are very appreciative that they have welcomed us into Savannah. It is never easy moving due to military orders, and trying to re-establish yourself and your family in a new area. They even took the time to give us information on the surrounding area. Thank you Diva Dogs for making us feel comfortable and providing great services and care to our pups!

Diva Dog uses one of those Internet sites you see advertised on TV to clean out bad reviews they have online. I personally have written a bad review when the majority online were all bad. Beware! They shaved two of my dogs saying they were matted bad when they didn't have a single mat. One had to go to the vet for razor burn on her belly. They scheduled as many dogs as they can per day & it's all about the money with the owner. Ig you have a complaint you'll find the owner to be one of the most rudest people! I never had to write a bad review before but I think it's important when it comes to these precious, voiceless dogs.

I took my cocker spaniel in for a grooming at Diva Dogs. They did a great job! My dog was put in the actual cocker trim and it was blended. It was my first visit and I will be back,

I got my Yorkshire Terrier groomed this Saturday. My dog was groomed the best he has ever been and was so clean! The employees were great and the shop was clean. I will be returning.

i called diva dogs on friday to make a appointment for my poodle star it was so loud the lady could not even hear what i was asking.She asked me four times what kind of dog i had.I asked her about prices and she was like what i cant hear u hold on let me go to another room. well that room was even louder. So i tryed to ask about a breed standard cut and she had no clue what i was talking about. THIS IS BAD FOR BUSINESS.I will not be taking my dog to diva dogs

I have taken my dog to Diva Dogs several times. The last time I picked him up his stomach was cut so close and his skin in that area was red (not burned red but red none the less). This is the first time this has happened. They were not very concerned when I was there about it. I still liked the overall cut. Just tried to call to schedule another appt. and the phone says they are not taking calls??? What's that about? Not very good for business!!! Guess I'll have to find someone else to take care of my peek

Wow!! This is a very nice salon. You can see everything that goes on from grooming to bathing and drying. Diva Dogs did an amazing job on my bichon Bella. This will be our salon from now on.

i have taken my shi-tzu to diva a few of times because of the convienient location, but i am not going back again. they always scheule my dogs appointment at 9am but when i arive on time there is always a line of other people standing outside for somone who works there to show up. the owner dosn't show up until she crawls out of bed. she always looks hung over or strung out never removing her sunglasses. why schdule an apoointment at 9 and them not open your shop until 9:20? they also lost my dogs leash and collar and didn't ever call to say they found it. i finally went up there and asked them to look for it again. last complaint i always ask them to empty my dogs glands in her bottom, i know thats gross but she desperatly needs that. eventually after a few times of being groomed i realized my dog was really getting sick. my vet told me that they had never done her glands at all and they were completly full. i also found out she had an ear infection in her ear because they never plucked out her ear hair and it evenutally developed into the infection. i had to spend 180 at the vet to get my dog healthy again after 3 trips to diva dog. I am really unsatisfied with this buisness and they have made me really cautious of any groomer. thanks diva dog!

I have been trying to find the perfect groomer to handle my min. schnauzer scruffy. I have been searching far and wide to find a groomer that actually knows what a schnauzer supposed to look like. These groomers really know there breed cuts and actually care about dogs..I will be back!! Thanx!!!

I had my poodle groomed yesterday at Diva Dogs on Habersham Savannah GA. I am in town for Labor Day the groomers were very professional and the service was excellent.. I will be back next time I am in Savanah.

I bring my 2 dogs to Diva Dogs on Habersham once a month. They are so sweet and love my pooches!! Hooray for Diva Dogs!! My dogs always come home with a nice smell and the salon is so clean and the employees are very nice to us.
