I bought a 4 x 7 enclosed 2011 Forest River motorcycle trailer which was top of the line from them for 2300 dollars from the salesman Ken . While still under warranty I took it on a road trip to Texas from Georgia. On my way through Louisiana the whole suspension system ripped loose from under the trailer!
Now broke down on the side of the road I called Ken and explain to him what had happened he said he would call the factory and get it straightened out and get right back to me. 7 days later I have yet to hear from him. ended up costing me out of my pocket 300 dollars to correct and fix the problem. I then call the factory myself and they said that I musta put too much weight in the trailer even though the only thing that has ever been in the trailer was a 650 pound Harley. Which doesn't make sense when the trailer was rated for 3000 pounds. apparently the warranty on these trailers is not worth the paper that it was written on! My advice is if you come across a Forest River or Sunshine trailer, don't walk away but run as fast as you can!
