Thie place ruined a leather Harley vest that I was having patches sewn on. They put patches in the wrong places and butchered the sewing job. They make you prepay so when I was unhappy with the service it was too late; they had my money and I have a ruined vest. Please, do not use this business.

The collapsible handle on my suitcase broke, I took it to Crazy Jacks, the man there (Jack?) carefully wrote down my phone number etc., said he'd order a new part and have it fixed in a week; he demanded payment up front, but his credit card machine wasn't working so he said I could pay when I collected it. When I went in to collect it a week later, apparently he couldn't get the part, but had made no attempt to call me about it. He'd made a very poor attempt at repair, which was wholly unacceptable, although the handle did maybe work a little better than before but wouldn't extend far enough to be usable; he wasn't in the store, so I called him the next business day to discuss it, said I wasn't going to pay the quoted price of $55 for such a bad job; he insisted he couldn't get the part and that I should pay at least $25, I said no. I checked with the local police, who confirmed I was totally within my rights to collect my property. When I went in to collect my suitcase, I refused to pay - and found that he had already glued the handle closed, making it extremely difficult for it to be removed so a replacement could be fitted by someone else. A most unpleasant experience all round; I can honestly say that I'd rather go bare foot than trust any repair - shoes or indeed anything else - to Crazy jacks. I am currently considering whether I should take legal action over this matter.
