Provided by YP.comI've never been here so I can't form an opinion. I was just looking around to see where I can take my daughter to get her hair done. I'm big one customer service and professional workers. This place sounds like it has neither. My advice is to make some changes unless you just don't care. Just know that there are a lot of people like myself that rely on others reviews to help us decide. Nothing against you guys and best of luck with your business.

Provided by YPmobileThe reason I'm giving them one star is because they are some sly ladies. I have had my and my two daughters hair braided here in the last three weeks. They do an excellent job BUT they tried to convince me that the $65 braids wouldn't last in my daughter's hair but the $185 style will. Get out of here with that TOM FOOLERY! After I declined they proceeded to talk my 16 yr old into getting smaller braids for $20 more. The thirst is real. I feel like they only want to do hairstyles that are nearing the $200 mark. I'm big on customer service, you all let me down, and to try and get over on your own ppl. Not Cool. I'm done.

Provided by YP.comI am a very positive person and I don't really like doing negative reviews. I would prefer not to hurt black businesses. I had my hair done a month ago. Actually, they did a very nice job. I didn't find the ladies to be friendly at all. This type of service takes a long time. One lady asked to buy a bottle of water and they directed her to the store down the street. It would be nice to offer clients some water. It would be nice to be asked if you need a bathroom break. I just felt like the atmosphere was kind of cold. However, my hair turned out okay. I'll try some place else simply because I believe in good customer service, especially when I'm spending close to $200.

Provided by YPmobileI believe in giving credit where credit is due but everything was horrible. The customer service was the worst. Two we on my head at once and both of them were on their phones. Bad enough, I'm in pain but they are talking and laughing on their phones, tugging at the same time made it even worst. One lady was actually on Facebook while on my head. She had the nerve to ask me to take a pic from Facebook and set it as her home screen on her phone. With 2 of them on my head, it still took about 6.5 hours. The lady wanted to charge me $200 because she said it was too short, ok fine but then she said she probably couldn't catch it and they would slide out. Ok, so what's the point in charging me extra? I started to get up and she started saying "O you don't have the money?". How unprofessional is that? She brought the price down to $180. Ok fine. When I left I was slightly satisfied until a week and a half later, my hair was coming out if the braid. It's like the hair was knotted around my real hair but my real hair was never actually braided into the micro. After about 3 weeks, all my hair was practically coming out of thr braids and the top of my head looked a mess. All frizzy looking at the scalp, it was a waist of time and money. I never participate in these reviews but this how strong I feel about this place's customer service and quality of work.
