Thought I made the right choice in calling them for a roadside repair due to their high ratings. I have been in the automotive repair industry since I was 16 (I'm 37 now) and have delt in tires a majority of the time. The gentleman that showed up was outstanding! I give him alot of credit for working for this company. As for my experience, I had a blowout on 17 and attempted to call but received a text message from them saying his phone didn't work... No big deal life happens but should have taken that as a red flag. Tech showed up and pulled my wheel off and said he would be right back and he did not waste any time. But what he brought back is a tire that is against the law per the Georgia code. It was well past the wear bars and had been plugged. So if you use this company for a roadside service also be aware they are a cash advance only company and if you don't have cash they will ask you to go purchase a gift card for the amount. No a good way to conduct business if you have "Done over $250,000 in sales last year..."

After using the chain tire stores for years, i decided to try something different. Not only am i supporting a locally owned family business, but the service at Faith's is always excellent, the product is superior, and pricing is very fair. I have had the pleasure of working with the team at Faith's Auto Works for over 3 years and I highly recommend this business to anyone in the market for new or used tires or related services. I had a blowout at the worst time possible. Tony from Faith's auto works accommodated me and got me back on the road on the way to North Carolina. I will always remember the service and kindness I was shown.

I have been here an hour and 15 min to get 1 tire changed. The guy in the shop wasted the entire time talking "shop" with another customer. That customer left and the guy is just now mounting the new tire. This is insanely unprofessional. I would not recommend this place. Wait time till he had the tire and the car jacked up was 15 min which is fine they were a little busy at first. For an hour he sat there and just talked about junk to another customer. of whom which someone else was helping. Can't believe the owner would allow this

Good prices and good people. I enjoyed my experience with them and Anthony was very helpful. I recommend this place when your looking for good used tires.

Place was easy to find. They had a great price on tires. They were also very quick. Will definitely be using them in the future.

Absolutely awesome place to get great tires at reasonable cost. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My tires had an issue with the lug nuts and Tony explained the possible outcomes and pro's and con's prior to doing anything, so I could decide what I wanted to do( being a female and obviously not knowing ANYTHING ABOUT CARS NOT EVEN THE ISSUES WITH TIRES) He did not attempt to jack up the price or bs me. He even told me where to purchace the new ones spoke to my husband on the phone and wrote everything down for me and on top of that... he let me use his name for a additonal discount at the part store down the road (when I went to buy the the lug nuts) and it saved me a few additonal bucks. I am one who has really noticed how horrible some places have become when it comes to customer service, so I gotta really say thanks when I see a establishment that is so customer service driven, THANKS TONY AND ALL THE OF THE STAFF WHO HELPED WITH MY DIRTY YET VERY FAST DODGE CHARGER. You all were great and I have already told 3 friends about y'all so I hope you get a lot of customers I will def. be back when I need another set of tires. I got a great deal on some GOOD YEAR tires. Thanks again,I appreciate your hard work and professionalism.

They have the exact same tire I wanted at Walmart and they had them almost 50 dollars cheaper per tire after everything, tax, change and disposal! The service was great, they even took the time to look up a few different kinds of tires for me! I will come back for more tires, they have my service!!!

Went to the shop to get a back tire replaced. The guys (staff) was so helpful, informative and professional. I even got some tips on future tire purchases as I have no idea what to look for. They really took their time, no rushing and made the situation less stressful. Great job guys!!

I went in to purchase a pair of used tires with quotes for new tires for a local tire shop. After a small conversation I ended up deciding to purchase a set of new tires cheaper than the local quote for about the same tire. The service guys were great and fast. Everyone went out of their way and customer service is on top of their list always. Plan on returning soon for the second set of tires.

After reading the great reviews, I decided to make the trip over to Faiths. First of all, finding it was difficult due tot he fact that there is no signage. Upon entering the property, you drive over a "field" of used tires, stacked and marked with their sizes. I was greeted by a man who asked what size tires I needed. After telling him 235/75/15 he walked me to a small stack of 4-5 tires, which, frankly all looked much worse than those tires I was looking to replace. The price was $35 per tire + mounting and balancing. He said, those are what I have, see if you like any of them. I knew immediately this was not working. I thanked him and headed towards my vehicle. He called to me asking if I was interested in "tube"tires. I smiled and, after petting the very friendly cat who patrolled the grounds, waved goodbye.



Perhaps others have had better luck at Faiths. I headed over to Walmart and for $68 bought brand new tires.

Bought a set of used tires for a great price. Had great service and would recommend for sure.

Driving down US HWY 17 need to buy a used tire and saw the sign used and new tires. Drove in and was welcomed and services in a timely manner that i would love to do business again with the shop

Prices were good. Very good customer service. I will do repeat business with them and recommed them as well.
