Provided by YP.comDescription of Complaint:
I had went to this office for many procedures and products in the past. One product that i purchased was an Obagi serum. When I pulled the bottle out in January to check the expiration date, I was shocked to fine that it had expired 3 months before I even purchased it. When I called the office on 1-15-2015, the girl who answered the phone told me she could give me 10% off of another product. They no longer carry Obagi but I could get 10% off of something else. I asked to her to have the office manager call me to discuss. I spoke to the office manager on 1-20-2015 and was in shock as to the way she spoke to me and how she conducted herself. She was rude during the entire conversation. She stated that I should've have called to have the item replaced within a 90 day period and it does happen occasionally that products could be expired and overlooked on their end. She stated that I had the product for two years which is true. I then countered that I was sold Obagi from her shelf that was expired before I even bought it. She stated she was sure I did this "all over" "all of the time" and when I asked her what she meant by that comment, she said she was done with our conversation and hung up on me. Our conversation was 7 minutes long. I called my husband to tell him about the incident and when he called their office, it went to her VM and he was told the owner Claudia Gaughf was not in. Pl look at all of her reviews. I didnt and I am sorry that I didnt read up on her and her business. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB.

Provided by YP.comDr. Gaughf and her office and staff are the fast-food of physician's practices: quick, unfriendly, with no customer service.
I've never been seen by anyone who was so cursory, rushed, and seemingly uninterested. I didn't even know she was the doctor when she came into the examining room; she flew in, didn't make eye contact or say hello or introduce herself, or acknowledge me in any way. With her back to me for a few minutes, writing in a chart, I finally said, "Hello, are you Dr. Gaughf?" "MM-hmm" was her reply, and then she did the quickest (supposed) whole-body cancer screening you could imagine - basically just pulled back the sheet, glanced up and down, more "mm-hmm's." I had to ask about certain moles I was concerned about, and she brushed me off, saying "Yeah, they're fine."
Unfortunately some of this is on me - because if you look anywhere on the web (which, admittedly, I didn't prior to my appointment) you'll find similar reviews.

Provided by YP.comI have been to Dr Gaughf and her PA Amy several times for different problems and always been totally satisfied. Dr Gaughf knew right away what my problem was when two other Drs. couldn't diagnose it. They weren't Dermatologists. Staff is friendly and helpful.
