Provided by YP.comI went there for a 10.00 wash and it completely broke my passenger mirror. I feel like the attendee should have advised me to close my mirror in. The manager filled out an one page paper and told me that the owner would contact me in a day or two concerning the repair. It's been almost a week and they don't answer the phone so I have to wait for another day off to go back up there and hope that I get this matter resolved. Very upset

Provided by YP.comThis place isn't open @ 9:00am (says it opens @ 8am) during the busiest time of the year - Pollen season in Savannah!!! The phone just rings and rings with no answering machine. Ridiculous.

Provided by YP.comYou need to be aware of the dangers of going through an automated car wash. On Feb 12, 2012, I purchased a $6.00 wash and was advised by the attendant not to touch the steering wheel or brake while going through and there is a sign stating the same before you enter. My car was in neutral and the car wash put it on a roller system at the start. Shortly after the thick soap was applied, my car struck a solid object (the car in front of me). The car wash shoved my car into the rear bumper of the car in front about five times. The first car in the wash that had come off the track and was stuck, so the middle car (second car) was shoved into the first car and my car (the third car in the wash) was shoved into the second car before the wash was stopped and the attendants showed up to assist. They guided me to back my car out of the car wash and it is obvious that all three cars damaged in the car wash. A police report was filed for a private property accident and the car wash manager provided us a form without a name or phone number with only an e-mail address as contact. This same manager also insisted the damage to the front of my bumper (crack in the plastic) was existing and showed very little experience in dealing with the public. I e-mailed the car wash about filing a claim for repair and was sent a letter stating the car was not responsible and offered me a free top wash along with an apology. I do not need a free top wash, what I need is this car wash to accept responsibility for my repair bill which is estimated from my insurance adjuster to be $857.00. At no time has the car wash admitted any responsibility for this accident, attempted to check on me or offered to compensate me, except for the free top wash. It seem to me that the car wash should have some kind of safety device or sensor installed to stop the car wash if a car becomes stopped or stuck on the tracks. They made a point to tell me they had several cameras installed, so why did the manager not see what was occurring inside and stop the wash? Bottom line, this accident was not my fault and I feel that the car wash is wrong by not offering to fix my car. They should be liable for damage that occurs on their property. You should think about this before you buy a $6.00 wash. It has been an unpleasant experience. I would not go here.
