Billy, Mallory and their team did an AMAZING job resurfacing our ceilings and painting our main area living space. Our bathroom had to be resurfaced.
Wow the difference! They are highly professional, meticulous and so much fun to work with! Can't wait to have them work on our next home improvement projects (new floors, back porch).

Billy Lawson and his team have done two major projects on our rental home and have been the epitome of professional and true craftsmen. They provided timely and excellent workmanship along with great communication before and during the projects. They offer a wide range of skill sets matched only by their reliabile reputation. Billy and his team are about quality and making things the right way. We hired them to renovate an aging dock and deck. They were able to repurpose some lumber that saved us money. They did the meticulous things that far exceeded our expectations. We are so impressed with their craftsmanship. On top of that, they are great guys. We know who to hire for all of our future projects!

Billy and his team finished up my house-painting today, and I could not be more pleased. The work is thoroughly professional, including the replacement of water-damaged wood and the installation of a (much-needed) new steel support in the carport. They are very careful not to make a mess, and clean up after themselves each day. Everyone on the team is professional, and they show up when scheduled and finish when they say they will. Best of all, the results are beautiful. It doesn't get better.

Lawson Project, Billy and his team are fantastic to work with. On time, on budget, high quality, flexible and pleasant. We had both bathrooms in our house completely gutted and redone and my wife and I are 100% satisfied. I worked 30 years in the construction business as a contracting officer and I rate Lawson Projects at the top. We will definitely use Billy again and highly recommend him for any home renovation.

Billy has now done 3 jobs for us: painting interior of house, crown moulding in 2 bathrooms, and this week's task; removing ceramic tile in kitchen and eating area, and carpeting in family room. They laid 3 rooms of hardwood. All in 2-1/2 days. Billy and his guys, Loring, Gary and Jimmy are the best you will find in the industry. They pay attention to detail, are trustworthy and dependable. They clean up after themselves and won't leave until customer is satisfied.

Excellent work. We found some termite damage inside the wall around our front bay window. We called Billy who gave us an excellent price. We liked the fact that he was very knowledgeble and that he did not take advantage of us. He arrived on time and prepared. And by the end of the day we had a brand new wall and window sill - all painted and caulked and you could not even tell that there was any damage. Would recommend him 100 %. We will use him again in the future whenever new projects come up. Thank you Billy. It is a pleasure to know you and to have worked with you.

Lawson Projects goes beyond your expectations. They are prompt, courteous, professional, and clean. I first contacted Billy to fix a leak in the ceiling. After he finished you couldn't even tell there was a stain. He did such a wonderful job, that I hired him to install wooden flooring in my home. They were on time every day, kept the house as clean as possible, covered all furniture, took out the old floor and installed the new ones in two 1/2 days. They are gorgeous. I will hire Lawson Projects for any future repairs or upgrades. They really have fabulous work ethics.

When you need a project done around your house, call my friend Billy Lawson. I met him while he was working on my neighbor Alan's house. Alan told me that he has hired Billy to do several jobs and they all came out great. I hired Billy (and met his assistant Troy) when I needed a glass block window installed in my master bath. wall. They removed the old window, cut the wall, installed the block window (HEAVY), and trimmed it all up inside and out. We also had them repaint the ceiling in the same room, and replace some rotten wood on the outside of our home. In every regard Billy and Troy did a wonderful, complete, and satisfying job. They are polite, professional, and a pleasure to be around. I have had some nightmare experiences dealing with the big box stores contractor services (never again), and am very thankful to have met Billy Lawson of Lawson Projects. Thanks Guys! dcf

Project: Sand and stain back deck. Correct water damage to outside trim around back windows and doors. Sand/strip and stain two front doors. Time frame: Three days.



Results: on a scale of 1 to 10 I would rank the work a 10. I wish you could see pictures.



I highly recommend this company. Why? Several reasons: 1. Quick call back. 2. Professional in every manner. 3. SHOWS UP ON TIME WHEN PROMISED! 4. Work done within short time frame specified by me due to family coming to town. 5. Never cut corners. Let me explain number 5: Because I was concerned about the weather and family coming to town (poor planning on my part to get this done), I suggested cutting corners to just get the job done. Billy would not do that and told me that we should follow manufacturers recommendations. I told him he was the professional and I will follow his suggestions. Thank God because everything turned out just great. I love my new stained Brazilian wood deck and the front doors? Just awesome! In my opinion, just like a nice tie finishes the look of a mans suit, the same holds true with the front door(s) on a house.

Billy is a pleasure to work with. He did a very good job of fixing my popcorn ceiling which had water damage from a leak. He arrived when promised, and took the time to lay down protective coverings on the floor before getting to work He also did an excellent job of cleaning up after completing the work.
