They are extremely friendly and catered to my needs!

Although they're upfront with their prices, I had such an abysmal experience. When they filed my nails, they were so lazy about it; it was neither round nor square. My nails were jagged or angled, and she did such a poor job painting my nails, it looked like she was too lazy to care. There were areas of the nail she missed, and when she applied the top coat, she didn't even bother to apply to the whole nail. It was so bad, she had to have done it on purpose. I had to redo my nails myself afterward. I'm not great at doing nails, but I still did tons better than she did.
