I've lived here for about 5 months this place....
ROACHES ANTS SPIDERS SNAKES AND OTHER RODENTS EVERYWHERE!
TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT BETTER BE UP ON YOUR RENT OR YOU'LL BE EVICTED WITHIN 24 HOURS!
NO PLACE FOR A FAMILY OR KIDS!
MAINTENANCE A JOKE! Everything is patched up with tape and once the tape falls off they'll retape it best believe that you'll have more maintenance problems than you'd probably have it was you doing the work yourself.
The dishwasher had old water that was mildew and had old dead roaches and rodents in it when I moved in they literally just assigned an apt that wasn't READY.
STOVE does not have numbers on the main knob so you'll have to guess how long and what temperature to cook your food.

Storage closet more like a "Harry Potter Closet"
Terrible

Not worth your money
Allow anyone to stay here
OVERPRICED RENT the money you'll pay here you could have a nice house in Pooler or there are way better apartment communities around the same price or cheaper
Trash EVERYWHERE
Roaches in the apartments
MOLD
Paint peeling
Bedroom door handles falling off
Sink fell apart
Cabinets broken
AC broke 18 times they keep half handily fixing it
NO HEAT in the apartments
The HEALTH DEPARTMENT FIRE DEPARTMENT and DFACS should all come together and shut this place down!
