I've had three bad experiences at this McDonalds. The first one was a couple months ago, it took almost an hour to get food, which is by no means fast. I'd already ordered and paid for it, so I pretty much had to wait for my food, unless I wanted to give them my money.

Today, they were extraordinarily rude when I simply asked for a few napkins as they hadn't had any in my box.

Now, they also only give you 20 minutes to eat your food. I have to eat slowly, so it could easily take me 20 minutes to eat a full meal. There aren't any tables or anything outside, so it's sort of hard for me to even eat there due to this.

The last time I went, before this, it was quite dirty and the people in the back wern't even wearing gloves.

I'd not recommend anyone eat here - it's a blight to downtown Savannah and Broughton Street as a whole.
