Dirtiest lobby I've ever seen. Ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese. Had to wipe off table because every table was dirty. The floor was disgusting. Somebody had started sweeping then left the piles in the middle of the aisles. Waited at least 5 minutes for bagels with cream cheese. The one worker met another in the lobby to discuss cleaning the men's room. That worker went outside to clean Windows. Still no bagels,messy tables dirty floors. Got my money back, told them we were tired of waiting in filth, and left.
