This is not a good firm. The receptionist is unprofessional. Mr. Owens has my case. They do not communicate well to let you know where your case stands. Each time that I've communicated with their firm since my initial phone conversation with Mr. Owens, I have had to reach out to them requesting info on my case. I contact their office at least once or twice per month. I have had other personal injury cases in my almost 40 years of driving. I've never worked with a firm that was so slow, unorganized and lack luster. Do yourself a favor. Either choose a different firm to represent you or be sure to have the patience of Mother Theresa if you go with this firm.

Very slow firm. They've had my case for over 5 months and I have no clue what's going on with it. I'm not sure if this is a normal amount of time to have an unsettled case. They have never reached out to me to discuss the progress of my case. Each time I get in contact with them it's because I've reached out to them. The lady at the front desk, I think her name is Brandi, has dropped the ball with my case several times. Don't let the commercial fool you. Think twice before going to this firm.
