Do not move in these apartments unless your absolouley homeless& desperate get a handgun if you have or want nice vehicle and nice belongings not safe here and apartments aren't up to parr you can hear your neighbors walking talking cursing sleeping eating! in all parts of they're apts floors are very Ugly! Cover the problem with cheap carpet roaches everywhere! Be safe take care.

i rentted ffrom the about 1985 and those was thye best years of my life.mr&mrs Demark has been the best lardlkords of all times they need to be recoganized in the pubics eyes they not ony been landlords they were friendsindeed i love them im im pretty sue my ex frank warner jr love all to...............maygod please

I rented from Plantation Townhouses for a few months. They do not perform a background check so any and all types of criminals reside there. The police are constantly being called to this property. The actual apartments are dirty, dilapidated and once they receive rent they do not fix anything in the townhomes. Although they rent to almost all minorities I have heard them use racial slurs. I would never recommend this property to anyone. Please do extensive research before you rent from Plantation Townhomes.
