Punch and Judy was the only store in Savannah that carried the exact crib that I wanted so I went there despite the reviews online for the store. The owner, Eric, personally assisted me with my order and even made a few helpful recommendations on the exact model of crib that I purchased. I wanted to post this review to say, I received my order on time, all of the parts were there, the crib was in excellent condition and the entire transaction was wonderful. I have been back to the store since making my purchase and Eric remembers my name and what I purchased. Overall, great store with a great selection of nursery furniture.

I visited Punch and Judy with my daughter who is expecting her first child in August. We were not sure what to expect at Punch and Judy but were really pleased at the selection of furniture and nursery accessories. The quality of furniture is a little better at Punch and Judy's then you'd fine at Target or Baby's R Us--this is my first grandchild so we are splurging a bit on the crib/changing table. The order was placed with no hassle and we received the furniture on time. The nursery has been set up and looks beautiful! We will be back to Punch and Judy in the future!

I pray that you will all read this! So listen up and be warned!



Never ever buy anything from Punch and Judy in Savannah, Ga! They will rip you off and you will not receive anything for at least 5 months...if you are lucky! They will lie to you and tell you everything has has been ordered, when in reality...they pocket your money and then avoid you, your phone calls and your store visits!



Eric, the owner is a liar, he's rude and downright unprofessional. My wife even called me crying that this swindler had not delivered on anything he promised. One time when we visited Punch and Judy to inquire about our $6k order placed 4 months back, this one older lady working there said to my wife that if you want your money back..."that is your perogative and you won't need any of the furniture you ordered right away anyway"... are you kidding me. Wow!!! How is this place still in business???



Don't let this place ruin your special and cherished nursery planning like they did for my wife and I.



Your pregnancy is suppose to be fullfilled with wonderful moments... and stressing about baby cribs, dresser, stroller, glider etc... should not be one of them. Afterall this guy is local. However, he could care less how he treats his customers. A local newspaper here in town just named them baby store of the year. lol what a joke. I guess if you buy an ad in their paper, you automatically win this b.s award. Clearly no one at Connect Savannah has ever shopped here before.



It took us calling our credit card company 5 months later and filing a formal complaint before the owner even placed the order. Only when he discovered that our credit card company was going to chargeback several thousand dollars to his account, did he finally place the order. What a sham!



I have never written a negative review until now. However i felt compelled to warn all expectant families to avoid this place like the plague and hope that you will never experience what my wife and i did with this horrible company. If you live in savannah, shop at "Just For Baby" instead. The owner and staff were wonderful and sympathetic to our previous experience! If you can't find what you are looking for, go online. for god sakes whatever you do...never ever set foot into Punch and Judy...and if you do...don't say we didn't warn you!
