About a year ago, I was double charged for 2 haircuts (about $75, so not an insignificant amount). Instead of apologizing, the owner was extremely rude and treated me as if I were inconveniencing HER. I just went back for the first time yesterday to have my daughters' hair cut. One stylist was told a "trim and long layers". An hour later my daughter had a straight across basic hair cut that was not even. I almost choked when told it was $45 EACH!! When I questioned this, she stated it was because they had long hair. What?? That totally doesn't make any sense. I cannot believe they are charging high end salon prices for crappy haircuts given by untrained and unprofessional people. Total rip off. I will never go back.

STAY FAR AWAY ... seriouly one of the WORST places I have even been to have my hair colored. It is like going to great clips but paying 120.00 for hair color. I had a stylist named PATIENCE and she did not do what she said she could do ... even got exasperated trying to fix my hair when she turned it RED instead of chesnut brown. ...so go at your own risk !
